Following on from Wood's successful Offshore Europe 2019 Art of the Possible exhibit, we were inspired to replicate and improve upon the success of OE 2019 stand.
Art of the Possible was extremely unconventional for an energy sector company to do. It was nothing short of an interactive and vivid Art gallery, with each exhibit representing a one of Wood’s core capabilities. It was also a great leap forward in the way the business thought about brand representation at large external events. For OTC which is and event based in Texas, everything had to be bigger. I recommended from the get-go that 100% of the exhibits should feature an interactive element, creating an even more playful experience for users.
Unfortunately due to the pandemic, OTC was postponed for that year and our opportunity to showcase this stand didn’t materialize. These renders from the manufacture 2020 Exhibits, who I worked closely with to budget and develop the stand, give an insight into the conceptualization and design work that went in to the project. The whole process was a valuable learning experience of working with commercial budgets and external suppliers.
